All of our products are handmade to order, which means a little extra time and care goes into every package we send your way.
🕓 Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment. During busy seasons, new product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer — but we always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.
📦 U.S. Shipping Methods & Delivery
Orders are shipped via USPS (First Class or Priority Mail), depending on the size and weight of your order.

Estimated delivery time (within the U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment.

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Please note: Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are out of our control. Pink Coast Studio is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the postal service, but we’ll always do what we can to help you locate your order.
🌍 International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations. International packages are shipped via DHL or USPS depending on shipping methods provided and chosen at checkout. International delivery times and customs processing can vary. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
📫 Wrong or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. Pink Coast Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
